How to stay with us
It’s sad to see you go. But at least
you can leave your super with us even though you’re
moving on.
There are so many things to organise when
you move, like dropping hints about your leaving gift, deciding
who to leave your favourite stationery to and having some
good ol’ fashioned fun. Basically, you don’t
want to be bogged down with too much paper-y admin-y kind
of stuff. Plus, you can still benefit from our low fees
and great communications if you stay with us. So we’ll
get straight to the point then.
Become a Retained member
You can choose to leave your super with
Westpac Group Plan by becoming a Retained member.
As a Retained member, you’ll retain
access to flexible contribution, investment and withdrawal
options as well as access to your account details online.
And remember, with us you’ll pay low admin and management
fees because we’re only charging what we must, to
keep this joint running.
What do I need to do?
If you’ve already told Westpac
you’re leaving, you’ll soon get some information
in the mail about how to stay with Westpac Group Plan.
In the meantime, we recommend you read the BT Super for Life Westpac Group Plan PDS.
Retain your insurance
When you leave Westpac, and become a retained member in BT Super for Life Westpac Group Plan, your current insurance benefit (Death and TPD) will be maintained as a fixed level of cover.
